Shipping policy

At present, we are currently offering free shipping on all orders made within the United States of America, as that is the only geographical area that this store currently services. 

All items will be attempted to be despatched within 2 working days of your order. 

Current shipping time will vary due to pandemic conditions, but we are currently using expedited shipping to get your items to you as soon as possible, which can take 5 -7 days at present. 

Carrier will be determined at the time your items are required to be shipped. 

Your order should arrive in a cardboard box that will be provided and packed by a third party logistics team, and the actual copper vessels boxed in our signature Kosdeg in our signature branded packaging. 

If there is any problem with your order, we will contact you via the email address provided when you checked out.
